Hey, where's Gib's body?

I had a weird graphical glitch last night; for a while, the only things I coud see if Gib's character were his head, shoulders and weapon. Since the shoulders looked a bit like little hands, I thought had had drunk some kind of magical potion that transformed him into a tiny man with huge head and hands.
