Looked up how to create a guild. Go to Social panel, guild tab, type in name of guild and hit create. Since I'm a ViP member it's 'free.' I just created a guild named "JiF" but I am open to other names if there are suggestions.

Cool! I have some equipment I can't use until I'm in a Level 1 Guild. Do you have to invite us in?

Yes. Guild level 5 allows mail invites

it says Guild Level right? Not player level so i think you have to invite us when we are online.
