I dont know but according to instructions at

it states:

Rix,

There is no uninstall because there is nothing to uninstall. My understanding is that when you install a mod such as BG42 it just unpacks the files into a directory and doesn't put anything in the registry or anything like that. All you have to do is delete the BG42 directory (Battlefield 1942/mods/BG42). I've deleted other mods before (including BG42) in this way with no problems.

Thx, so I did and it works fine.
Just played a few rounds and feels crispy with some new maps weapong and so on.
Even with Gnomey spreading joyful comments it was a good experience

Just delete or rename the Battlegroup folder in the mods folder

Is our server running 1.7 now? I just tried to get on, the map loaded but then the game crashed without a message. This happened again, when I retried.

Confirmed :(

I am able to connect but the game crashes to desktop half way through the map load.

Server updated. Didn't think to do it over the weekend like I had planned.

Have D/l'd it and installed - took about 4 hrs in total but was using my connection for other stuff at the same time - unfortunately it is really slow on my new machine - however I have asked santa for a new graphics card: geforce 6200 and before you say it I know it ain't the best out there but my PC only has PCI or PCIe x1 slots available and after mucho research I found out thet the 6200 is the best PCIe x1 card you can get - Thnaks for scrimping on the MB Dell!!
Also there is only 512mb RAM but I have 2gb on order to upgarde that so all should be well soon.
