4-29-10 Zombie Thursday Live Broadcast

I will be broadcasting our game live tonight! It will be from my perspective only but will include game audio and hopefully TS audio as well. It should start around 9pm EST and the link is:

This is a free service that works really well for streaming video, but it is ad supported so you will see some ads. The game does have some swearing in it so be aware of who is listening. Hopefully everyone in TS will keep the language clean. So stop by and check in! I will have the chat running so if you submit a message while watching I should be able to respond shortly.

I've been digging a little deeper into this service and we may be able to broadcast our matches live from various perspectives. Tonights broadcast will be a test of the basics. We already have someone that's offered to announce our games, so this could turn into something pretty fun.

Yes, I plan on doing this every Thursday. I just need to figure out how to get my own voice to be recorded.

Just as an FYI gib, you can hit escape and click "take a break" and a bot will instantly take your place and still hold your spot on the server.

It's a good idea to do a little research on the Infected zombie types as well -- some of their powers and key combos are not intuitive.

Here's a great movie showing basic strategies for the three new Infected (Charger, Spitter and Jockey).
