Need help with avatar...

I found a pic I like within file size limits but not within pixel limits. What do I do? How do I make the avatar physically smaller so it will take?

Hands down one of the best FREE photo/graphics programs out there is Paint.NET. You should be able to manipulate your graphic with this application easily!

go here and do it online for gratis, no D/L required

select the custom picture size and set max pixels to 80
then hit the button
