I need to figure out when best to backup the server.

When the backup runs it takes the web server offline. That means that it will stay down for however long it takes to download the backup, could be up to an hour I am guessing. I could just try to do it based on the usage graph but I know that some of you are depending on the games so I thought I would ask if anyone has a suggestion. If not then I will just base it on the usage graphs and try to pick a time when it is least used.
