BF2142 demo

Today only anyone can download BF2142 its 1.2G so have fun. I got mine from Gamershell in about 45 minutes.

I DLed it from EA using the EA Downloader. Went pretty fast.
I played a bit and got a few giggles running around the mechs feet

Oh and the guns on the helo type things kick up soooo much dirt you can't see what your shooting at

Dunno if I am gonna run out and buy it though.
Doc seemed to love it, I will play his

You can add a Clan tag in your profile.
So it Clan tag [JiF] and soldier Grimp. I think I then showed up in the game as [JiF]Grimp, not sure.
I am guessing that its for the stats thingy, but I have not read any of the instructions.

The name Timmay was taken almost right away when they opened the vets program.

They require the player name to be unique - not the clan+player name..

Someone should make a dedicated server for 2142 at the nor'easter, I hope they will decide to make a server for it even though its comming out two days before the event!
