Error: Data differs from server?!?!?!?!?!

I was just with harrick and we wanted to go on the GBZ: Stalin No Nades server, for some inf training. But when im done loading it says: Data Differs From Server. I have played on that server before. And it happens to me at the El Alamein 24/7 server. (I've played there before). And many other servers like: Moongamers etc.

Anyone else have had/has the same problem or knows a soulution for this?

I can get on or server and some other servers. But when the JiF server has 0 players, coop and the map is Anzio. Its not so tempting to go there, and some other server got a great CTF map, but i cant play there- it gets a bit annoying when theres many servers i cant log on to.

Search the JiF forums as I recall someone having the exact same problem as you. Don't remember the fix but it's in here somewhere.

Ok, i'm thinking about doing this. So i uninstall, patch(where do i find the patches?), Reinstall pb, update it, and what patches again?.
And i have to get rid of all the CMM maps? And please dont tell me i have to uninstall BG42.

I would be tempted to just move the maps to another directory & then copy them back in when you have reinstalled & repatched

Cesar,
patches are extra bits of software released by the game manufacturer to fix problems or add updates to the game
the game disks have version 1.0
but currently the version being played is 1.61b
so you have to install the patches to bring the disk version up to date.

You should take all the custom maps out of the maps folder, to this by selecting the 'details' view then ranking the list by date installed.
the standard maps will be those installed first, then copy all the others to a folder on your desktop.

uninstall the game completely then reinstall from scratch.
get the patches from here
install them in order.
check the game loads properly
now move the custom maps from the desktop folder to the maps forlder for BF
