I also just got this message too, but I don't see how I could be underpowered...I played HL2 on high settings...same w/ Bioshock!

I would remove the drivers and then get the latest. I would also make sure you have the latest directX.

So far I think it was my SLi configuration, because when I changed it, I didn't have any problems. If it happens again I'm going to reinstall the drivers.
