You should notice there is now a 'youtube' bbcode list just about the text box when posting a message. Simply place the video ID, not the whole URL or the object code they provide.

Example, the video below has a URL of: http://youtube.com/watch?v=qu_ikrNN780

All you need to put between the youtube tags is: qu_ikrNN780
