I did try creating a new user, not even that worked. One of the more serious issues I've seen with Windows 10. It happened to my home desktop as well, but I had upgraded from Win7 to 8, and then to 10. It was due for a rebuild anyway, so I didn't even bother trying anything else on it lol.

Enter these two commands in the console to reduce the glare. It doesn't make it go away completely, but it's a lot better. r.bloomquality 0 (has a range of 1 to 5, 0 is believed to be off) r.lightshafts 0 (is either on 1, or off 0) I have not found a way to make this stick after the game is closed. ...

I, died, a lot lol. I think I spawned up near you guys now, but server started to lag pretty bad so I logged out. Interested to see where the game goes, cause right now, I have no clue.
