Does anyone know of any free/opensource software that can be used to produce animated GIFs

Also can GIFs be created from still pictures or do you need a video to work from.

Its highly unlikely that I'll be getting a WiiU - if anything I'll probably get a new PC next and then save my pennies for the PS4 (due Xmas 2013 - allegedly) but this game does look really exciting - I won't go into the details as there is plenty in the articles below but some of the features look ...

The problem may be Catalyst - I had a machine that only had one good card and whenever I used Catalyst to adjust the settings it would crash.

I think I just put 5lb on looking at that!

So has anyone heard of/seen this game it looks absolutely amazing and I will definitely be getting it - at the moment it is PS3 only but I would expect it to come out on PC at some stage - the gameplay looks incredible and it has a really innovative AI feature called 'dynamic stealth' that controls ...
