I would say this is useful, I had to adjust my FoV due to my resolution, and I think I used this same calculator!

Once you adjust the FoV this game feels/looks a lot better.

I believe the GeForce 8800GTS will be better due to it having a 256-bit memory interface. I checked the clock speeds on newegg and the 8800GTS is clocked faster/higher than the Radeon HD 4550. Other than that they are pretty similar, but you should expect better performance out of the GeForce.

I would agree, Medics are a must, especially for Rush Attackers. When you revive someone the death doesn't count towards your respawn tickets.
